Ever wondered why so many Australian's who invent something, or are successful entertainers leave the country?
Whilst researching something completely unrelated, I came across this little Gem!
In 1988 the Socialist Labor Party then lead by prominent Fabian (Zionist) Robert J Hawke, changed the Australian Laws with regard to Copyright!
Under Part VII of the Copyright Act 1968, the Australian Government holds copyright in any work, film or sound recording made by or under the direction or control of the Government, and any work first published by or under the direction or control of the Government.
They could and would legally contend that anything produced in this country, is done so under their direction by way of industrial laws, or any other law by which they govern!
In short, now all royalties from any works produced within the boundaries of Australia, belong to The Crown, and not the person/s who were responsible for any such works! Is it any wonder so many have left this country for (greener pastures) overseas?
That's Socialism for you, the State (Crown) owns everything!
